Dr. Vitto is a triple board certified physician with more than 25 years of experience.
He believes in not only helping people look good but also he believes in helping people feel good and slow down aging with Anti-aging treatments, weight loss programs, regenerative medicine and cosmetic surgery and that’s why he has extensive training and experience in all those fields of medicine.
Also as CEO and Founder of VITTO MD Plastic Surgery Anti-aging Center, he leads and supports his amazing team of surgeons and medical professionals to provide excellence in our state of the art plastic surgery and anti-aging center and our beautiful medical spa.
Dr. Mario Samaha, MD
Dr. Mario Samaha is a practicing plastic and reconstructive surgeon in Miami and Dubai. He is certified by the American Board of Surgery, and has trained alongside world-renowned surgeons during his surgical training at prestigious US institutions, including the Johns Hopkins Hospital and the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. Dr. Samaha’s specialty is in his craftsmanship and technique, where his artistry meets mastery. He is one of the top-leading experts in aesthetic breast and body contouring surgery. Dr. Samaha’s expertise encompasses a broad selection of cosmetic procedures such as breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast lift, high definition liposuction, Brazilian Butt Lift, tummy tuck, abdominal etching, and mommy makeover; including arm and thigh lifts. Dr. Georges Samaha is double board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery as well as a diplomate of the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Samaha has specific interests in various aspects of facial plastic surgery — including deep plane facelift, necklift, rhinoplasty and eyelid rejuvenation — as well as breast and body contouring procedures. Patients travel from around the world for the above procedures including breast augmentation, breast lifts, high definition tummy tucks, natural buttock augmentation using fat transfer known as the Brazilian Butt Lift (“BBL”) and his special natural high definition liposuction with abdominal etching technique. Dr. Keyes is a member of the Social Media Subcommittee for the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and has spoken about social media & plastic surgery at national meetings around the USA. Keyes specializes in breast and body contouring procedures such as breast augmentation/lift/reduction, abdominoplasty, abdominal etching, high definition liposuction, Brazilian butt lifts, arm/thigh lifts and many more. He also specializes in facial aesthetic procedures including facelift, rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, brow lifts and non-invasive procedures such as Botox and fillers.

Dr. Bartlomiej Kachniarz, MD MBA
Dr. Bart Kachniarz, MD, is a plastic surgeon specializing in cosmetic surgery, trained at Harvard and Johns Hopkins. He sees patients from all over the country at his boutique clinic in Miami, FL, and is known for his artistic touch, gentle manner and surgical expertise. With years of experience, he has earned a reputation for excellence in cosmetic surgery, noted for his attention to detail and remarkable results. He offers personalized care tailored to each patient’s aesthetic needs and goals.
Originally from Poland, Dr. Kachniarz studied at world-renowned academic institutions such as Columbia University, Harvard and Johns Hopkins Hospital. He has worked with pioneers in cosmetic surgery and has contributed to the field with peer-reviewed publications, patents and book chapters. He has received numerous prestigious awards for his academic and clinical skill.
Specializing in advanced surgical techniques, Dr. Kachniarz performs preservation rhinoplasties, deep plane facelifts, scarless blepharoplasties, ultrasound-guided BBL fat transfers and silicone-free breast augmentations, among other procedures. During consultations, she designs individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s goals and priorities.

Patricia Vitto is the COO of Vitto MD, with a dynamic skill set, she has honed her expertise in managing businesses, currently in the medical and beauty field, being the head of the management team of Vitto MD where she finds fulfillment in contributing to the well-being of others and our patients. Patricia’s journey is marked by her unwavering commitment to excellence and her dedication to our beautiful medical center, where we provide all different treatments to accommodate all needs of our patients, she thrives in making sure they receive the best care and experience possible.
Patricia Vitto graduated with honors in a degree in Biochemistry, with previous further studies abroad in Australia, broadening her educational and cultural perspectives. Beyond her academic pursuits, Patricia’s interests extend to the thrill of fast cars, the enrichment of travel, the escape found in reading, and the grounding influence of family.
